The Heiress Fights Back: They Called Her a Fake

The Heiress Fights Back: They Called Her a Fake — A celebrated surgeon faces violent rejection and a forced marriage ultimatum from three brothers who claim she is an impostor.

Chief surgeon Ava Carter arrives home after a São Paulo lecture expecting her father Edward, but instead encounters the Langston brothers Pierce, Derek, and Ethan, sent to compel her to pick a husband. Derek and Ethan ambush her at the school gate, smash her mother's pocket watch, crush her right hand, and beat Professor Charles unconscious when he intervenes. Pierce arrives later, chokes Ava, and snaps the same injured hand. All three insist she is a fraud despite her personal assistant Arthur displaying the Carter family power ring. Ava later exposes the brothers' hospital profiteering with Charles's help, and at a banquet Edward publicly confirms her identity, leading to the brothers' arrest. Their father Marcus then attacks Ava and is detained for attempted murder.
