The Borrowed Stomach — Reborn inside a streamer, Elena hijacks a mystical digestion link to expose a murder plot.

Elena awakens inside Chloe during a first livestream and discovers every bite Chloe swallows instantly fills her own stomach. She halts the broadcast to verify the connection, identifies Chloe's stomach medication as the binding medium, and secretly replaces the pills. With a master's help she severs the supernatural tether, then rigs the apartment with hidden cameras and recorders. Chloe and Jax spring an ambush, drugging Elena to frame her for their scheme. Three days later Chloe attempts a giant-pizza eating stunt; without the medication the severed link backfires, her stomach ruptures, and she dies on camera. Jax is arrested, and after recovering Elena becomes a registered dietitian and healthy-eating creator who publishes The First Bite and learns to eat for herself again.
